Comptia A+ & Security 

Comptia is an internationally recognized IT training and is completed with 2 English exams
This can be done online via various providers, but pay attention.
The Offers are without the exams of 260 euros each, and it happens that they give you a worthless certificate.

Then they let you pay 1,675 excl. VAT for 3 days (?) of training, and then you will receive a certificate that turns out to be of no value whatsoever, and you will still have to make those official exams
And it is not that simple. You are 3-4 months working per part.
In addition, American exams are prepared very differently from what you would expect.
They sometimes ask what you don't have to do.
You must therefore be able to interpret those questions correctly.

Furthermore, you are also expected to have had at least 500 working hours.

It skills equivalent from Comptia with more than 500 practice hours (pdf)

"CompTIA A+ measures the necessary competencies of an entry-level IT professional with a recommended 500 hours of hands-on experience in the lab or field"

Someone with MBO-4 also needs to see that they get the Microsoft Certificate System Administrator (MCSA) 

If you have Comptia then you can go straight to the MCSA training.

It is then advisable to find work with Comptia first and then from your job to start the MCSA training. This is also usually paid for by the employer.

Security

Starting from the fact that you want to go directly to work, the costs are as follows:

Comptia exams 
At Pearson Vue, you can book and pay for an exam at an exam centre via their agenda.
Then that exam will be downloaded and you may hand in your phone and you will be watched by camera surveillance from America.
You do not have access to the exam in advance, and you are totally cut off from the outside world because you cannot consult a telephone or the like.
A cheat sheet is also not allowed.
The exams are taken offline and the internet is blocked during that exam.
You really will have to do it yourself.
